Refund policy

We do not offer money back returns or exchanges at this time. Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All products are handmade so imperfections are to accrue. BlackdiamondRhinestones  will ship to the address listed on the order form. Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
